Evoglide Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Evoglide.com website (“Website”) and participation in the Evoglide Franchise Marketplace (“Marketplace”). By using the Website or purchasing an Evoglide Franchise Store, you agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Introduction

Evoglide is part of Mayavogi AB, a company registered in Sweden, Org.nr 559476-4309, with registered office at Stig Lindbergs Gata 25, 134 53 Gustavsberg.

We operate an international e-mobility network, offering exclusive country-based franchise opportunities through our Marketplace. The Marketplace lists ready-to-operate e-commerce websites for sale, each linked to a premium domain.


2. Definitions

  • “Franchise Store” – An exclusive, ready-to-operate e-commerce website linked to a premium domain for a specific country.

  • “Franchisee” – The individual or entity purchasing and operating a Franchise Store.

  • “Marketplace” – The section of Evoglide.com listing available franchise opportunities.

  • “Franchise Agreement” – The binding legal contract signed between Evoglide and the Franchisee upon purchase.


3. Scope of the Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • All visitors and users of the Website.

  • All potential buyers browsing the Marketplace.

  • Any party inquiring about or negotiating for a Franchise Store prior to signing the Franchise Agreement.


4. Availability of Franchise Stores

  • Each country is limited to one Franchise Store.

  • Listings may show the status as “Available,” “In Discussion,” or “Sold.”

  • “In Discussion” means the store is under consideration but not yet secured.

  • Availability may change without prior notice.


5. Purchase Process

  • Purchasing a Franchise Store requires:

    1. Signing the official Franchise & Website Agreement.

    2. Paying the agreed franchise fee in full or under a written payment arrangement.

  • Until both conditions are met, no rights to the domain or website are granted.

  • The Franchise Store sold is an existing, operational website, not a custom-built project.


6. Delivery of Franchise Store

Upon receipt of signed Franchise Agreement and payment:

  • The premium domain will be transferred to the Franchisee.

  • Website credentials and administrative access will be provided.

  • The site will be integrated with EU-based logistics and approved supplier catalogues.

  • Delivery is completed within 5–10 business days.


7. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made via approved payment methods.

  • Any additional services unrelated to the Franchise Store purchase (e.g., IT upgrades, additional products) may incur separate charges.


8. Marketing Services

  • Marketing services for a Franchise Store are provided either by:

    1. Evoglide’s internal marketing team, or

    2. An external agency approved in writing by Evoglide.

  • All marketing activities must follow Evoglide brand guidelines and be approved before publication.

  • Marketing fees are separate from the franchise purchase price and will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

  • Active marketing is a condition of maintaining your exclusive franchise rights. Failure to maintain a minimum agreed marketing activity may result in review or revocation of exclusivity.


9. Delivery & Fulfilment

  • All products sold through an Evoglide Franchise Store are shipped directly from Evoglide’s authorized European warehouses and logistics partners.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days to most EU destinations.

  • Customers in Norway may be subject to customs clearance and additional import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Evoglide is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

  • Tracking information will be provided for all orders where applicable.


10. Returns & Warranty

This policy applies to all sales made through any Evoglide-operated or Evoglide Franchise Store. All franchisees are required to follow these rules without exception.

10.1 Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers are entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee, in accordance with EU consumer law.

  • Products can only be returned if the original packaging and boxes remain unopened and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the product packaging is opened, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

10.2 Warranty Claims

  • If a product is defective or malfunctions, it will be handled as a warranty claim, not a return.

  • Warranty claims are processed by Evoglide’s after-sales team in coordination with the manufacturer.

  • Customers should contact the Franchise Store’s local support first, who will coordinate with Evoglide.

10.3 Limitations

  • Evoglide is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.


11. Intellectual Property

  • The Evoglide name, logo, trademarks, and related branding remain the property of the Franchisor.

  • Franchisees are licensed to use the branding only during the term of their Franchise Agreement.

  • Upon termination, all Evoglide branding must be removed from the website and marketing materials.


12. Website Use Policy

  • You must not misuse the Website or Marketplace.

  • You must not post false or misleading inquiries.

  • Automated data scraping, hacking attempts, or disruptive activities are prohibited.


13. Communications

  • By contacting us through the Website, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry.

  • We may contact you by email, phone, or other provided methods.


14. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data collected via the Website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell personal information to third parties.


15. Limitation of Liability

  • Evoglide is not responsible for the Franchisee’s business performance, profitability, or market conditions.

  • We provide the operational platform and support, but success depends on your own efforts.


16. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

  • Any disputes arising before signing the Franchise Agreement will be handled in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

  • Once the Franchise Agreement is signed, its dispute resolution clause will apply.


17.Ongoing Fees & Royalties

Franchisees may be subject to ongoing service or royalty fees as outlined in the Franchise Agreement. Such fees may cover logistics, IT infrastructure, customer support, or brand development. Failure to pay these fees in due time may result in suspension or termination of franchise rights.

18. Exclusivity & Performance


Exclusivity for a given country is conditional upon the Franchisee maintaining agreed levels of activity, including but not limited to marketing, sales performance, and compliance with brand standards. Evoglide reserves the right to revoke or limit exclusivity if the Franchisee fails to meet minimum requirements or materially breaches the Franchise Agreement.

19. Transfer & Buy-Back


A Franchise Store may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to a third party without prior written approval from Evoglide. Evoglide reserves the right of first refusal to repurchase the Franchise Store at a fair market valuation determined by Evoglide or an independent appraiser.

20. Force Majeure (Franchise Operations)


Evoglide shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms or the Franchise Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government actions, regulatory changes, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or natural disasters.

21. Extended Limitation of Liability


Evoglide shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

22. Data Protection & GDPR


For the purpose of GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, Evoglide shall remain the Data Controller of all customer data collected through any Evoglide or Franchise Store website. Franchisees act solely as Data Processors and must handle data strictly in accordance with Evoglide’s instructions and Privacy Policy.

23. Termination Rights


Evoglide reserves the right to terminate a Franchise Agreement with immediate effect if the Franchisee materially breaches these Terms or the Franchise Agreement, including but not limited to non-payment, misuse of intellectual property, reputational damage to the Evoglide brand, or violation of data protection obligations.

24. Governing Language


These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of discrepancies between translations, the English version shall prevail.

25. Final Provisions

  • These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
