Launching the Swedish Pilot
In June 2025 we launched a fully operational Evoglide pilot store in Sweden. The purpose was never to find out if people would buy e-bikes and scooters, because that demand is already clear. Instead, the aim was to test how effectively our franchise model could perform under real market conditions. Could we establish a complete online store, build traffic, deliver products quickly, and delight customers in just ninety days? That was the challenge we set out to measure.
To make the pilot authentic, we built it exactly as a franchise partner would. From day one the store offered a premium, mobile-optimized shopping experience that inspired trust and encouraged conversions. The catalog was carefully curated with the most sought-after e-bikes and scooters, ensuring relevance to the Swedish market. Every order was fulfilled from our EU-based system with delivery in only two to four days. To build further confidence, customer support was offered in the local language. And to drive growth, we combined targeted advertising with long-term organic traffic strategies.
Measuring Every Step
Throughout the ninety days of operation we tracked every detail of the customer journey. We measured how advertising translated into store visits and conversions. We monitored fulfillment times, return rates, and customer interactions. We looked at sales volumes, repeat orders, and overall revenue growth. This was not just about testing if the system works, but about proving that every piece of the Evoglide model is aligned and scalable.
The Swedish market is competitive and demanding, which made it the perfect place to challenge our approach. The pilot demonstrated that we can set up quickly, meet high local expectations, and establish credibility with new customers in a remarkably short time.
From Pilot to Blueprint
With the ninety-day pilot now complete, we are preparing to share the full results. The report includes detailed insights into revenue, order volumes, advertising performance, logistics efficiency, and customer satisfaction. More importantly, it shows what future partners can expect when they launch an Evoglide store in their own market.
The Swedish pilot has given us more than numbers. It has given us proof that the Evoglide model is both fast to implement and highly adaptable, without compromising on quality or service. What started as a test in June has become a blueprint for future expansion, opening the door to opportunities across Europe and beyond.

As ad spend decreased, strong brand awareness and repeat customers kept sales steady, while ROAS improved each month.

Fewer orders in August were offset by more high-ticket purchases, raising AOV by 71% from June.
